Are wine clubs worthwhile?
The simple answer is, yes, wine clubs can be worthwhile, and they will save you money so long as you’re getting shipments of wine you really like and that you’ll be proud to share with friends. I’m an unabashed fan of wine clubs, if they meet my needs.

Northwest wines show well with age
With recent reports that wineries are crafting their red wines with a "drink now" philosophy, what can you suggest for how long the current crop of wines will keep?

Marsanne, Roussanne rare in NW
A friend served up a white wine at dinner the other night that I'd never encountered. He described it as a blend of Marsanne and Roussanne. What can you tell me about it?

So much to explore in Northwest
We've visited several of the Northwest's best-known areas for wines - Walla Walla, the Yakima Valley, the Willamette Valley and the Okanagan in Canada - and would like to try out someplace new this summer. Any recommendations?
