An introduction to the Ice Age Floods

On a windy day, Dr. Alan Busacca, a soil scientist and Ice Age Floods expert, stands in Wallula Vineyard to explain the floods and how they shaped Eastern Washington. Ironically, the 30 mph winds the day this was taken illustrate the second part of the flood story: the sand that has blown into the region in the 15,000 years since the floods.
